Alua Hotels was recently born in 2015 courtesy of a group of executives with background in the industry and the European private equity. Special situations investor Alchemy Partners even invested 4 billion euros since the company was formed. Right off the bat the company was backed and set to succeed in the industry, and it surely did in between the few years of its operations.
