The Maranatha Group is a hotel brand that was founded in 2000 that owns and operates 8 hotel properties located in the southeastern regions of France. The company specializes in managing furnished rentals, commercial centers, leisure sectors and real estate investments.

The hotel brand bought 5 luxury hotels in Paris, and a hotel in Nice under the Hotels du Roy family. This Marseille-based group already owns 52 hotels in France, with units mostly located all over Paris. Now it adds 6 more hotels under its family worth 360 million Euros. This purchase is considered as the biggest ever acquisition in France back in 2015. This also happens to be the biggest purchase the Maranatha Group ever had since its conception.

These five new hotels are situated in the most tourist friendly and prestigious locations in Paris. These include 3 hotels located off the Champs-Elysees, one in Sain-German-des-Pres and one near Place Vendome. With 500 more hotels added to Maranatha’s roster of exquisite accommodations, it is set to become one of the biggest hotel brands in Paris and the whole of France. Maranatha plans to continue renovations and upgrade its luxury hotel sectors to stay on top of today’s very competitive hotel and rental market.
