Additions were then made, establishing the 20-room Koggala Beach Cabanas and Villa Modarawattha near the Koggala Lake.
In 2017, Tisara Hotels renovated their first three hotels, investing a total amount of Rs. 600 million to update and upgrade the rooms with better facilities that guarantee a more relaxed and convenient stay for both local and foreign guests.
