Built in 2001, Villa Hotels is a trading name of a private conglomerate, Villa Shipping & Trading Company Private Limited. Its purpose is to manage and promote the resorts owned by the Villa Group of Companies. So far, Villa Group has five exclusive island resorts that are considered some of the most exceptional in the Maldives.
