The BW Premier Collection’s identity was reborn in 2011, 65 years after the establishment of its marketing cooperative. This sub-series of hotels doesn’t fall far from the tree. Best Western’s brands’ prominence in the global market has turned its name as a common noun for hotels in many countries. As early as 1964, Canada was already involved in the BW’s team. Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand followed in 1976. In 2002, Best Western Premier was just a sub-name for the cooperative’s expansion in Europe. That extension was obviously a success as the BW’s unparalleled hospitality earned them $6-billion annual revenue in 2012. That proof of the effectiveness of the three tier system brought the Best Western Premier Collection forward as its own line like a successor making its own name.
